Business License and Annual Report
All businesses are required to file an Annual/Initial List and State business license each year, as mandated by the State of Nevada.
The initial list needs to be filed no later than on the last day of the first month after initial registration/incorporation. The other one, the Nevada annual list, needs to be filed each year, and must contain the following details:
- The annual filing fee is determined by the total amount of shares provided for in the Articles. There is a $25 Annual Lists fee for nonprofit corporations without shares.
- Costs for the Annual List are determined by the value of the existing authorized stock recorded with the office of the Secretary of State.
We recommend to order regular services necessary to run company in USA right when you order the incorporation service – Annual Report, Registered Agent. If you don’t order these at the beginning, you will have to order them later using the link below, but process will not be so smooth.Nevada Annual report
